Production Supervisor (60-70K + OT)

Due to growth, we have openings available for Production Supervisors to work at an established company in the North Syracuse, NY area.

2nd and 3rd shift openings are available.

Your Role:

• Supervise a team of machine operators and packers to ensure safety, productivity, and quality goals are met.
• Organize and schedule production activities.
• Responsible for attendance, vacation, discipline, training, employee relations and contract administration.
• Lead and develop teams to achieve quality, performance, and output goals.

Education and Experience :

• AAS degree preferred, however will consider multiple years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Possess good organization and documentation skills.
