Position Overview

This position will report to the Marketing Manager on the Digital Marketing team, a part of the Marketing Department. 1-3 years experience. Top-level duties include social media, content marketing and in-store digital touchpoints.

Job Functions

• Capture content across in-store activations, grand openings, event participation, sponsorships, and team highlights.
• Capturing brand moments and education elements while bolstering consumer awareness of our product mix.
• Work with all our brand partners to showcase compelling storytelling across our social media landscape: Co-branded content, giveaways, live streams, video, & more.
• Propel our name across existing social media channels and expand into new ones- omnichannel delivery.
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
• Work alongside compliance to ensure approved messaging is deployed in the market.
• Establish weekly reporting for all in-market social media channels.
• Assist with in-store digital touchpoints and the content hosting thereof: Lobby and showroom TVs, Kiosks, and Check-in systems for photography and video.
• Ensure in-store digital touchpoints showcase proper promotions, deals, and sales. In addition, ensure branding is cohesive and consistent at all stores.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or respective Digital Marketing Certificate(s)
• Digital Marketing experience required: 1-3 years
• Experience with enterprise social media management platforms & CRMs
• The flexibility of hours - nights and weekends
• Technology working proficiency preferred (CRM/CDP/eCommerce/Email/Text/SEO)
• Belief in relationship building and working as part of a team to achieve goals/results
• Organized, responsible, and flexible in a fast-paced growth environment
