Salary: 80-150k Annually
Iconic Mechanical, a distinguished non-union mechanical company in NYC, is currently looking for a proficient HVAC Project Manager to join our team. As a project manager, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where excellence and value are at the core of our operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor and control project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking
- Implement quality control measures to ensure construction meets industry standards
- Supervise and provide guidance to project teams
- Review and interpret construction plans, specifications
- Collaborate with clients to address any concerns or changes in project scope
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
**Experience:**
- OSHA 62 hr required
- Proven experience in HVAC systems management
- Familiarity with construction management processes
- Proficiency in software such as procore, newforma, autodesk
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively
- Knowledge of Bluebeam / CAD software for project coordination
