We are looking for an E-Commerce Digital Ads Manager for our client in Twinsburg! You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital advertising campaigns across various online platforms.

Salary:

• Based on experience - $44,000-$80,000

This is a fully in office position in Twinsburg, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels.
• Collaborate with the design team to create compelling ad creatives, including graphics, videos, and copy.
• Plan and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad performance and achieve better results.
• Develop and refine audience targeting strategies to reach the right customers at the right time.
• Keep up with the latest trends, best practices, and changes in digital advertising to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.
• Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
• Proficient in using digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and A/B testing tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad creatives that drive results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
